David Underwood III is an artist unlike any other. As a child they devoted themself to academics and almost every extracurricular activity offered by school. By junior high they were performing as a lead clarinetist, percussionist, and pianist while managing being the clumsiet midfielder on the field and the shortest wing on the court. It wasn’t until halfway through their college prepatory high school years that David found dance through colorguard, in which they quickly excelled going on two national tours with a world class drum and bugle corps. David’s experience as an eclectic artist was filtered and refined through AMDA College of the Performing Arts where they graduated with a B.F.A in dance theater. David is rarely stagnant; but when they are they enjoy playing instruments, sketching, reading, or researching any fascinating topic. David is guided by a simple mantra, “have fun and learn something.” With this principle paired with their instinctive enthusiasm for generousity, David plans on a long a vibrant career.
